How to submit a complaint
Email complaints@virtualvalleys.com with your name or business name, a reply address, a short description of the concern, relevant dates or references, and the outcome you are seeking. If available, include a redacted screenshot or other relevant material. Do not include passwords, full identity numbers, payment-card details, or unnecessary customer records.
For a privacy request, use the subject "Privacy request". For a suspected data incident, use "Security concern". For an assessment or application issue, use "Recruitment review". These labels help routing but are not a condition for considering your message.
How we handle concerns
We review the information supplied, request clarification where needed, and provide a response or appropriate next step. Access to complaint information should be limited to those who need it to investigate, respond, maintain necessary records, or meet legal obligations. A complaint about a client-controlled record may require coordination with the relevant client.
Response and resolution times depend on the issue and applicable requirements. Where a legal or contractual deadline applies, that deadline governs. If you believe a response does not address the issue, reply to the same email and request management review. You retain any right to contact a regulator, law-enforcement body, court, or other competent authority directly.
Accounting and payment inquiries
Send invoice questions, payment references, and account-reconciliation inquiries to hr@virtualvalleys.com. Include the relevant invoice or account reference, but do not email complete payment-card details or account passwords. Confirm unexpected changes to payment instructions through a previously trusted contact method before sending funds.
