I didn't plan to build a company. I was just the guy agencies called when they were drowning.

A Texas agency owner once told me at 2 AM: 'Numan, I'm losing deals because I'm stuck doing paperwork.' He hadn't taken a vacation in three years. Three years.

That's when it clicked. Agency owners aren't bad at operations — there's just too much of it. And the work eating their time? It wasn't strategy. It was execution. Quoting. COIs. Renewals. Carrier follow-ups. Things someone with insurance knowledge could absolutely handle.

But that person didn't exist. Generic VAs couldn't tell an HO-3 from an HO-6. They'd never logged into Progressive. They didn't know what ACORD 25 meant.

So I built that person. I handpicked people who could think like insurance professionals and trained them on real carriers, real portals, real mistakes I'd already made.

One became three. Three became ten. Ten became thirty-eight.

Now we're a 38-member team that plugs into agencies and executes — quoting, COIs, claims, renewals, audits — while owners get back to closing business and taking vacations.
